Notes on Blue Dosage, Latency, Duration
>Usage: Take 1 gummy (50 mg) on an empty stomach or with light foods such as fruits or vegetables.
>When to Take: Blue Lotus can be taken at various times of the day depending on the intended benefits and individual body responses.
>Other information: When it comes to consumption with food, there isn't a strict guideline, but generally, herbs like blue lotus can be taken on an empty stomach if well-tolerated. This allows the body to absorb the plant’s active compounds more efficiently.
 >If you experience any stomach discomfort, taking it with food may help mitigate these effects. For spiritual or emotional healing practices, some prefer to take it on an empty stomach to maximize its psycho-spiritual effects, though personal tolerance should always be considered.
>Interactions and Contraindications
>avoid using Blue Lotus during pregnancy or nursing, as there is no data available on passing to the fetus or baby.
>Don't take if you are taking S-DRI medications, this plant works on the dopamine receptors, providing a natural whole plant lift, so it can stack with Rx meds, and is not recommended.
>Please don't combine with any other of our gummies, alcohol or merryjoowanna (#algospeak).
