WELCOME!

There is a life available to you that is more awake, more embodied, more genuinely alive than the one most of us were taught to settle for. Not a better version of yourself — a fuller inhabitation of what you already are. This is the promise I hold, and the invitation I extend.

I am a philosopher, author, mother, and seeker. For more than two decades I have lived at the crossing point of rigorous inquiry and embodied practice, of ancient transmission and contemporary life. I have studied. I have lost. I have built things and burned things down. I have sat with teachers in remote temples in India and built a wellness company serving a hundred thousand women. I have written nine books and raised children and tended land. What I teach, I have lived — and I am still living it, imperfectly, with everything I have.

My work is for those who are done living from the neck up. Who have done the reading, the therapy, the retreats — and who sense that what remains is not more information, but a different quality of presence. A deeper yes to the body, to pleasure, to grief, to the wild fact of being alive in this particular form, on this particular Earth, at this particular moment.

I hold a sanctuary of rigor for that journey. And I am gathering a community of people ready to make it together.

The Three Pillars of My Transmission

  • I am anchored in a decade of serious investigation into the nature of reality — including three years of PhD coursework in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness at CIIS — and in a prolific body of written work that includes Twisted, Mantra, Tantra, Ayahuasca, and The Nine Lives of Woman. I bring the full force of a trained philosophical mind to questions that most spirituality sidesteps: What is consciousness? What is the cosmos made of? What does it mean to be a self, embedded in matter, reaching toward the sacred? These are not rhetorical questions. They are the ones I live inside.

  • This is yoga as it was always meant to be — not exercise, not wellness content, but a complete technology for aliveness. Following the lineage of Krishnamacharya through Mark Whitwell, I teach yoga as direct experience: an intimate, physically potent, spiritually precise encounter with the life moving through you. This transmission has been passed carefully from teacher to student for generations. I carry it with humility and with joy.

  • I facilitate the joyful reclamation of female embodiment and sacred sexuality — not as transgression, but as homecoming. Rooted in eco-spirituality and the Rose Lineage, this teaching remembers what modernity has done its best to make us forget: that we are nature. That the body is a doorway. That pleasure is a form of knowing. That the land is a living teacher, and we are her kin. Here, the Earth herself is the curriculum.

I Am Both Conduit and Originator

My capacity to guide you is a fire fed by decades of academic inquiry and deep initiation into living lineages. I am a faithful conduit for wisdom that runs deeper than any one life. I am also a creator and originator — someone who synthesizes, innovates, and transmits from my own direct experience and realization. What I offer is not a reproduction of what I have received. It is a living thing, still growing.

Lineage: The Roots That Feed the Teaching

These are the waters I have drunk from, named here not to impress but to honor — and to let you trace the roots if you feel called to drink from the same springs.

Classical Tantra & Yoga

Non-dual Kashmir Shaivism through the scholarship of Christopher Hareesh Wallis; the Heart of Yoga lineage of Krishnamacharya via Mark Whitwell; formal tantric initiation through my root teacher, Patrick Connor.

The Mystic Heart & Contemplative Deconstruction

The Perennial tradition through Brother Wayne Teasdale and Ron Miller; the work of religious deconstruction through Jim Palmer.

Sacred Sexuality & The Body Temple

Sky Dancing Tantra lineage of Margot Anand; somatic and anatomical grounding through Paul Grilley; asana traditions of Nicki Doane, Eddie Modestini, Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, and Rod Stryker.

Sacred Feminine Ecology & the Rose Lineage

The visionary voices of Meggan Watterson, Sophie Strand, Laura Swan, Lizzy Jeff, Sonya Renee Taylor, and Viraja Prema, who carry the deep remembering of feminine sacred ecology.

Come In

If something in you recognizes this — if you are ready to move beyond seeking into inhabiting — you are in the right place.

There are many doors in. Choose the one that calls you.
