Day 2: Thursday, May 14, 2026
Energize
Morning: Yoga. Sunrise meditation, pranayama, vinyasa yoga. Energy principles. Led by Christine.
Midday: Conversation. Attuned listening, Energy, Intuition. Led by Christine.
Afternoon: Investigation. Partnered and solo practices for expanding sensory perception. Led by Viraja and Christine.
Evening: Inquiry. Devotion, trust and surrender.
Day 3: Friday, May 15, 2026
Sense
Morning: Yoga. Heart opening practice. Energizing movement and meditation. Led by Christine.
Midday: Conversation: Integrated polarities in the heart. Sacred sexuality and embodied spiritual practice. Co-led by Adam and Christine.
Afternoon: Investigation. Teaching on sacred pleasure & conscious touch. Partnered and self-exploration practices, cultivating presence in intimacy. Co-led by Viraja and Adam.
Evening: Celebration. Adorned, Attended, Connected. Ceremony.
Day 4: Saturday, May 16, 2026

Morning: Yoga: Expression, pranayama. Partnered stretch. Led by Christine.
Midday: Conversation. Inner listening, clearing distortion, telling deep truth.
Afternoon: Nature: Led Walk/Hike in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Local Guide. (Weather permitting). ++ Vow Crafting
Evening Public Kirtan with Art of Living Community. Led by Adam and Christine.
Day 5: Sunday, May 17, 2026
Seal
Morning: Yoga: Morning take home practice and yoga. Led by Christine.
Midday: Ceremony. The Inner Marriage. Final Q&A, sharing circle and integration practices.
Retreat closes after lunch. Departure can be planned after 1:30 p.m. We recommend booking an extra day for spa treatments and integration if you can.

About Your guide
Christine is the founder of Rosebud Woman, a leader in intimate wellness and midlife health and pleasure, and the host of The Rose Woman Podcast on Love and Liberation. She's an experienced yoga teacher in the traditions of bhakti tantra vinyasa. She is the co-founder of yoga center and ecovillage Sundari Gardens on Hawai’i, and of Radiant Farms, a provider of gentle medicinals for wellbeing. Christine has written 8 books on connection, meaning, activism and embodiment, including Reverence: Creating Ritual in Modern Life, and the upcoming Nine Lives of Woman: Sensual, Sexual and Reproductive Stages from Birth to 100. BA, MBA, PhD candidate in Philosophy and Consciousness. She is a mother of 6 and a grandmother, and splits her time between California and Hawai’i.

A world-renowned musician and devotional artist, Adam Bauer guides us into the heart of mantra practice, using sacred sound and song to awaken deeper states of connection, love, and presence. His soulful kirtan and bhakti-infused teachings will invite you into a space of devotion and divine resonance.
Embodied Aliveness & Sexual Empowerment – Viraja Prema
Viraja Prema, a life doula and transformation facilitator, transmits a profound, embodied approach to awakening aliveness—guiding participants into deeper connection with their life force, vitality, and full-spectrum expression. Through guided practices, deep inquiry, and energetic attunement, she helps unravel blocks to pleasure, creativity, and authentic power, allowing for a reclamation of both erotic and existential aliveness.
Together, these facilitators bring a rich tapestry of
sound, embodiment, and conscious intimacy,
offering profound tools for integrating tantra into daily life.

We understand that plans can change. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the retreat start date. Within 30 days, refunds may be subject to fees or offered as credit for a future event.

This retreat offers a balanced mix of experiential and theoretical elements. The teachings are offered in a way that helps us live more fully and authentically from the heart of Tantra.

There is no nudity in this retreat. We create a respectful, safe, and inclusive space for deep personal exploration without requiring any disrobing.

The group will be intimate — no more than 20 participants — to support deeper connection and individualized attention.
Booking Policy
By placing your deposit with Christine Marie Mason you are reserving a space on our retreat and agreeing to our policies stated in our AGREEMENT. All deposits are non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel, any payments made are non-refundable. Final payments are due April 15th.
