What if everything you were taught about being a woman after 40 was backwards?
The Taoists have a name for this chapter of a woman's life: Second Spring.
It's the idea that after decades of pouring so much of your life-force energy outward into creating, caregiving, building, working, relationships, and everyone else's needs, that energy can begin coming back to you.
Which raises a much more interesting question than “How do I stay young?”
What becomes available to me now that wasn't available before?
That's the question at the heart of SECOND SPRING, a free five-day online summit happening September 28 – October 2.
I'm joining sex and intimacy coaches, somatic practitioners, Tantra teachers, therapists, and menopause and embodiment educators to explore desire, pleasure, intimacy, confidence, relationships, and erotic aliveness after 40.
And this isn't another summit where you just listen to people talk. Each speaker is bringing a micro-training, embodiment practice, or framework you can actually experience and use.
I'll be teaching The Nine Lives of Woman: Sensual, Sexual and Reproductive Stages from Birth to 100, where I'll walk you through all nine stages of a woman's sensual and reproductive life — four of which happen after menopause — and guide a short receiving practice you can use with a partner straight away.
